Summer Season
Our 2026 Summer season rate is $8500 per week plus local and state taxes. No additional booking, management or cleaning fees are added to this total.
Spring & Fall
While summer on Cape Cod is often the star, spring and fall are the locals favorite seasons. The traffic is lighter, the beaches and restaurants are less crowded, and the weather is often the most beautiful with lower humidity and warm (but not too hot) temperatures. Our 2026 spring and fall weekly rate is $7500 per week.
Winter
The quiet beauty of winter on cape cod is mesmerizing. Walk the beaches in solitude, go bird watching and spy a rare species, warm up inside with a book and a cup of tea. Our 2026 weekly rate is $6500 per week.
